AI Agents & Automation

The work that happens without you.

Narrow agents that take the repetitive part of the week, with a person checking anything that matters.

  1. Trigger

    Something arrives

An invoice lands, a form is submitted, a file appears.

  2. Agent

    The work gets done

It reads, matches, drafts or produces, against rules agreed with you.

  3. Waiting for youApproved

    Checkpoint

    You approve

Anything that moves money, sends externally or deletes data waits here.

  4. Done

    It lands where it belongs

Into your accounting, inbox, store or spreadsheet, and logged.

Every agent we build runs this way. The third step is the one that makes the rest safe to use.

Typical handovers

What usually goes first.

Invoice matching

Bank lines matched to invoices, with the exceptions flagged for a person instead of buried in a spreadsheet.

Bookkeeper approves

Enquiry replies

Questions answered and routed, so nobody waits until Monday to learn you do what they need.

Handover to a person

Creative resizing

One approved concept turned into every size a platform demands, on brand and on brief.

You sign off the concept

Catalogue & listing data

Clean, structured feeds built from messy sources like documents, listings and supplier catalogues.

You stay in control

Nothing irreversible happens without you.

01

Every run is logged

You can see what ran, what it produced and what it touched, in a plain interface rather than a terminal.

02

A person approves

Anything that moves money, sends something outside the business or deletes data stops and waits for you.

03

Trust is earned

Low-risk steps skip the checkpoint only once you’ve watched them work. That call is yours, made later.

How we build it

We map the task before we automate it.

  1. 01

    Map

We watch the task get done once, properly, and write down every decision inside it. Most of the value is here.

  2. 02

    Build

A narrow agent for that specific task, with its inputs, its limits and its checkpoints defined up front.

  3. 03

    Run in parallel

It works alongside the current process for a while, so you can compare outputs before you trust it.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Documentation, an interface your team can read, and a support line that doesn’t mean keeping us around forever.

Questions

Mostly about trust, and rightly so.

Will this replace people on my team?

That's not what we sell. Agents take the repetitive part of the week (matching invoices, resizing creative, answering the same question for the ninth time), so the people you already pay can do the part that needs a person.

What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

It will, now and then. That's why nothing irreversible runs unsupervised. Anything that moves money, sends something outside the business or deletes data stops at a human checkpoint. The agent gets it ready and a person approves it.

Do we need technical knowledge to run it?

No. You get a plain interface showing what ran, what it produced and what needs your decision. If you need training to read it, we've built it wrong.

What can it connect to?

The ones you already use: email, spreadsheets, accounting, your CMS or store, and most services with an API. If there's no integration for something, we build one.
