Terms of Use

Last updated 21 October 2026.

About these terms

This website is run by JS Digital, a web studio based in Greece. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

These terms cover the website only. When we take on a project, the work is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes priority over anything written here.

What’s on this site

The pages explain what we do and how we work. They’re an invitation to talk about a project, not a binding offer, and they aren’t professional advice for your particular situation. We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise the site will always be error-free or available.

Our content

The design, text, code and graphics on this site belong to JS Digital or to the people we’ve licensed them from. You’re welcome to read the pages, print them and quote short parts with a credit and a link. Please don’t copy the site or large parts of it, republish it, or use it to build a competing service without asking us first in writing.

Links to other sites

When we link to another website, it’s because we found it useful. We don’t control other sites, so we can’t take responsibility for their content or for how they handle your data.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this website, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by Greek law. If you’re a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
