AI Ad Simulation

Test the ad before you fund it.

Part of our search and ads work. A synthetic model of your market reads every creative first, so fewer of your decisions are guesses. Better odds, not guarantees.

Synthetic buyers, built from your market

Indicative scores

What this is

Most ad budget is spent finding out which ad was wrong.

The standard way to learn which creative works is to run all of them and let the platform spend your money sorting it out. It does work. You just pay for it in budget and in weeks.

We put a cheaper round in front of it. A synthetic panel built from what we know about your buyers reads every creative before a euro reaches Meta or TikTok. Then the winners go live, the real numbers come back, and the panel gets corrected against them.

How it works

Four steps, and the last one matters most.

01

Model

We build the synthetic panel from your own material: customers, past campaigns, enquiries and the objections your people actually hear.

02

Simulate

Every creative goes past the panel and comes back with reactions, objections and a ranking, with the reason behind each score.

03

Launch

The best-scoring creatives go live on Meta and TikTok, tracked properly so each result can be traced to the creative that earned it.

04

Calibrate

Real conversions come back in. Wherever the panel was wrong we correct it, so each round starts from a better model.

Limits

What this is not.

We’d rather tell you this ourselves than have you find out later.

Not

A guarantee

A simulation moves the odds in your favour. It doesn’t promise a result, and anyone who says their model does is selling something other than a model.

Not

A substitute for real data

The panel is only as good as what it was built from, and only real outcomes correcting it make it better.

Not

A reason to stop testing live

The live campaign is still the final judge. We just stop paying it to answer questions we could have answered beforehand.

Questions

Mostly about whether to believe it.

How accurate is AI ad simulation?

Good enough to be worth running, and we never present it as more than that. After every campaign the prediction sits next to the real outcome, so the hit rate is there to see rather than claimed.

Where do the synthetic personas come from?

From the client's own material first: customer records, past campaign data, reviews, enquiries and the objections salespeople actually hear. Market research fills in what's missing.

Does ad simulation make sense for a small budget?

It matters more on a small budget. When monthly spend is four figures, losing a third of it to finding out which creative was weak is the expensive part.

Which platforms do you launch on?

Meta and TikTok. The simulation itself doesn't depend on the platform; that only matters for the launch and the measurement.

Do you need access to our ad account?

Yes, for the launch and the calibration. It all runs on the client's own account, with their own billing, and they can revoke access at any time.
